The schedule has been tweaked (schedule post has been updated), the early entrants are in (looks like there are 68 total, 7 in Luxury Sedan - but I’m sure there will be more in the next couple of days),  the car numbers have been assigned and there is  only  a few days left to the start of the One Lap!!

And to help sweeten the deal and add to the excitement, I just got word last night that the car is ready to go!

The Schaut Speed Racing team will be heading down from their respective homes to meet at The Tire Rack in South Bend, IN mid-day on Friday to get  registered, put the new tires on for the event (A nice new set of Michelin PS2, straight from The Tire Rack warehouse) and to add the event and sponsor decals to the car.   Then on to Saturday and the start of one of the greatest automotive sport events in the country!
